Training and Mentorship
We believe in investing in the team’s growth. When you start at Sparrow, you’ll begin with 2-4 weeks of training and onboarding. Then, you’ll be paired with a mentor who will provide you with support. We work very cross-functionally, so we support everyone in learning about areas outside of their core expertise.

I worked with an employee who had been hospitalized due to a mental health emergency. They did not have access to any of their personal belongings, including their phone or wallet and they were very scared of how their employer would react. I was happy to be able to reassure them that I would handle the claim and that their employer did not need to know the details of their hospitalization. By the time we finished the call, they felt ready to take the time they needed to recover.”
